A Dignified and Purposeful Program for Neurodivergent Adults.

Beyond passive care and into active, lifelong learning.
Beyond passive care, our high-support day program focuses on active skill acquisition for adults with special needs. Rooted in Growth, Living Skills, Autonomy, and Dignity (GLAD), we systematically build functional communication, coping strategies, life skills, and social connection — equipping individuals with the capabilities needed for a safe, self-directed, and meaningful adult life.

The 4 Pillars of Our Program
Our program focuses on key developmental areas to uplift neurodivergent adults via hands-on teaching, intentional interaction, and functional skill building.

Pillar 2: Living Skills
Focusing on the practical skills that build real independence. Because our participants come with varying strengths and goals, we tailor our learning to match their current skills. Programming covers everything from core personal care, meal preparation, and domestic tasks to practical money handling, smartphone use, road safety, social boundaries, and pre-vocational work habits.

Pillar 3: Purposeful Movement & community Integration
Physical wellbeing and community involvement go hand in hand. At GLAD, “Purposeful Movement” means every activity our young adults take part in has a clear goal—whether it’s indoor exercise designed for health and sensory regulation, or meaningful movement and outings within the Singapore community.
